Ugh,

Hey all.
It's not like anyone is going to be reading my blog but I haven't been mentally or physically stable these past two weeks, so I thought would start up a blog just to record some stuff down for my own benefit.

Okay, holidays are almost over and it feels like everything has rushed by so quickly. I haven't accomplished ANYTHING and it feels so... wasted.
I was sick for the first week and OMFG! Pain all around. I was so sore. I couldn't stand up. Sore throat and the list goes on.

On Friday of the first week, my new nephew entered the world! :D

His name is Ha Cao Danh in Vietnamese obviously. And we decided to name him Damien for english. Damien Ha. Has a nice ring to it I reckon. We thought we should choose a long name since his last name is short. lol 1 syllable. Some people were skeptical on the name Damien but they can all stfu because I don't care about their opinion. This is MY brother's son, MY nephew. Not theirs. haha I sound like such a bitch. He is absolutely adorable! He's very small too weighing only 2.5 kg. Haha I get scared of carrying him because he seems so fragile.

I think this blog is gonna be pretty long bcz I'll probably be summing up my two week holiday that is nearing it's end.
Lol, I don't think I'll be starting from the first day but just random highlights that I can remember.


Well I finished the Mortal Instrument trilogy. I like books but I'm not those hardcore readers. I try to be but nah, never works out. I usually read books that have been recommended.
Anyway the Mortal Instrument series was REALLY good. took me just over two weeks to finish all three books. Pretty good considering my standards for books and time frames lol.

MUCH better than Twilight. I do admit I was one of those twilight people before but not like those EDWARRRRRRD! MARRYYYYY MEEE! Hell no. I was never like that I can happily confess.

City of Bones, City of Ash and lastly City of Glass were extremely good books. If I had to pick one I enjoyed the least, it would probably have to be City of Ash bcz it was, well, it was the book that built up to the final blow of secrets, betrayal and unforgivable pasts. So nothing was really revealed and made me go *GASPS* like the other books but I guess that's the main purpose of being the middle book in a trilogy. It was very enjoyable to read but I was only mentioning my LEAST enjoyable book in that series.

I Love Cassandra Clare. These books she wrote created this new world in my head and I loved every bit of it from the beautiful blood-sucking vampires to the partying warlocks. It was just a superb journey & wished that it never ended. It has a combination on fantasy/romance/comedy.
Planning to re-read it after I'm done with the Yearly exams at school. Can't wait.

I've watched a number of things over the last three weeks. I watched the Proposal starring Sandra Bullock & Ryan Reynolds. It was actually quite good. I didn't expect much and neither did my best friend. Some parts of it was just hilarious and Wow! They treat us girls to a scene of Ryan stripping his clothes off which quickly followed by another hilarious scene with Sandra.

I have to add that Sandra looks great for her age. She maintains such a great physique.


Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen was another movie I watched. My sister and brother in-law took me along with her co-worker which was their second time watching it. Apparently the first time they watched it, was in iMax and was hard to watch because the screen was so huge. So they decided to go for a second round of the movie after I complained that they left me & didn't take me to the iMax lol.

We went to Parramatta Westfields in a GMax cinema. It was a school night and the movie started at 9:30 pm which ended at 12:30 am. During the 2nd half of the movie I started to nod off despite the BOOMS! and CRASHES! going on. My sister started laughing bcz she was watching my head fall and then bounce back up after realising I had nodded off.

Anyway it was most definitely an action-packed movie. It got confusing during the fighting bcz it was hard to differentiate who was who. The special effects was just insane. The director put so much effort in to it which over-compensated for the weak plot. He also had no problem emphasizing on Megan Fox's hot body. Guys would totally LOVE this movie. I enjoyed it also despite me falling asleep here and there lol.



Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince I also watched. It was pretty shit compared to the other movies in the series. It was a cliff-hanger which is something I don't like. On a good note, it was still enjoyable with the realistic special effects and beautiful sceneries. However, Daniel Radcliffe's acting was pretty poor. Emma Watson is very pretty and Ron (sorry, can't remember his name) is cute in a dorky way. In the end though, the movie wasn't that it for me but I guess it was juts building up to the final movie.

FINALLY, my all time favourite! It's a Korean drama and also a remake of the Japanese, Taiwan and Chinese versions. Also based on an extremely popular manga; Hana Yori Dango.


English name: Boys Before Flowers. I loved loved loved it. The guys were especially cute! KIM BUM! haha anyway, it was very enjoyable. A lot of the bits you just wanted to rewind and play three times over. Especially Kim Bum's smile! This image doesn't really justify the boy's hot/cuteness but they still look adorable never the less. I AM going to re-watch this after I can get it back from my sister. For all you K-drama lovers out there; I totally recommend this. It was so fun to watch and sometimes heartbreaking as well.
I must also add that there are so many good-looking people in here including bother genders! Probably plastic surgery but still. Good looking never the less.

I really like the golden hair boy. Haha also known as Ji Hoo in the drama but his real name is Kim Hyun Joong. You can NOT hate this guy. He's a character that probably every girl dream of but he's not the main male actor but you love him anyway. Well actually, you love everyone in F4. That means the hilarious gangster guy as well lol.
